Our Stretch & Release yoga class is a great way to increase muscle and joint flexibility, release tightness in the body, and to connect with the body more as we connect our breathe to our movements. The structure will start with mindful breathing, warming up, then we will flow into a sequence, and finally end with everyone's favourite Shavasana. This is an open levels class, so come as you are and have fun!
