Strengthen, lengthen and tone your body in this high energy, form-focused barre class.  These barre classes use light weights, high reps and a variety of movements that will keep you on your toes!  Although it is an intense workout, this class is for all levels with many modifications and variations possible to meet all client's levels and goals.

COME WEARING: Comfortable yoga style clothes - barefoot
