This is a Ballet class focussing on technique, posture and alignment for beginners and improvers. Dancers and non-dancers alike can benefit from the foundational moves of this beautiful dance form. You will learn the basic barre work and how to transpose that work on the floor.

Tuesday's class is for absolute beginners
Friday's class is for intermediate / improvers.

COME WEARING: Comfortable yoga style clothing that you can move in.

Ballet slippers and tutus always welcome!
