Fix Your Back is a class where we focus on explaining how you can remove your lower back pain. With a mix of western physio-fitness and traditional eastern knowledge we find tools to fix yourself. The class is mostly oriented on explaining what the reasons of lower back problems are and giving you guidelines on how to fix your particular problem. It´s necessary to know which muscles have to be flexible, which need to have more strength and how to change your old muscle habits so that you can rewrite the movement patterns that are causing you pain. We will teach you how to deal with the problem causing the pain so that day by day you´ll find more ease and have the tools to do it yourself.
