Physio Pilates is one of the most effective ways to fix the right function and alignment of the body. With a focus on physiotherapy principles, the class is based on correcting bad habits, learning how to use muscles more efficiently and how to stretch them in correct alignment. It´s a slower version of Pilates, with a deep awareness of various muscle groups,  and activation of muscle chains which often have never been used before and learning new muscle patterns. Suitable for people with muscle dysbalances (surfers, athletes, people who work on computer).

Monday focus: neck and shoulders
Wednesday focus: traditional Pilates - Powerhouse / core
Thursday focus: lower back

COME WEARING: comfortable sportswear – barefoot
