A diversely influenced vinyasa practice to honor the dynamic capacity of the physical body. This class is fun, intelligently sequenced and uniquely tailored to the individual needs of the practitioners present. Our practice focuses on functional mobility and foundational anatomy, we will explore alignment through fluid, primal and circular movement. A blissful invitation to awaken the teacher within and discover how the whole body moves in rhythm with the breath! Open to and suitable for all levels of experience.
