Join Hannah for a breath body practice to ease muscular, emotional and mental tension. This class combines trigger point techniques with guided breath work (pranayama), contemplation, visualization and relaxation to decrease stress, reduce pain and establish new neural pathways. Practitioners will learn how to apply direct pressure on tender muscles and observe how to become mindful of the present moment. A wonderful opportunity to improve quality of awareness and embrace the divine in every living experience! Open to and suitable for all levels of experience.

COME WEARING: comfortable clothes - barefoot.
