Core Strength

Core Training is based on activating deeper layers of muscle with a focus on the right technique. We will use different equipment like therabands, ropes, overballs, fitballs, different types of balancing tools, dumbells, kettlebells, different types of lifts, small balls and sometimes even your neighbour! The first part is longer and is oriented on power - the goal is not to make your muscles bigger but to make them stronger ,which helps you to look in shape! The second part includes stretching and flexibility exercises (shoulders, lower back, hips, hamstrings). This training creates awareness and balance in your muscles, so you can understand your body much better.
