This Stretching class is designed to enhance your flexibility, balance, and post-workout recovery. Instructor Ana will guide you through a series of fun and effective exercises targeting all muscle groups. You will also learn some easy but eye-catching tricks that can elevate your social media game. Time to move like you never moved before.

COME WEARING: comfortable yoga style clothing –  barefoot 
This class is for ALL LEVELS, but feel free to modify if it is challenging!
