A full body workout Brazilian style! Using a variety of training styles, you will strengthen all the stabilizing muscles of the body and enhance your strength, posture, power and endurance. With careful, personal guidance from a highly trained athletic instructor from Brazil!

COME WEARING: comfortable sportswear – no shoes needed.
This class is for ALL LEVELS, but feel free to modify if it is challenging!
