Pilates - a low-impact exercise that builds strength and flexibility, which will sculpt your body into a longer, leaner, stronger version of yourself. Pilates focuses a lot on strengthening your core, which helps with spinal stabilization, helping to protect your body from back injuries, giving you the ease of movement, and in time allowing you to stand taller with a good posture effortlessly.

COME WEARING: comfortable stretchy yoga style clothing – barefoot.
