Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing is a high-intensity class focused on the fundamentals of this active tradition!
We'll go combos, get into drills, and work on techniques of kicking, punching, and defending using elbows, knees, and the "eight limbs" of Muay Thai.
COME WEARING: comfortable sportswear – sports shoes or barefoot
This class is for ALL LEVELS.
