This class is built to help you get more mobile and flexible in a strong and controlled manner, and is influenced by circus skills and calisthenics.
It’s so important for the health of your joints and ligaments to build a healthy flexible body for longevity! And this is what we will be working on, with an emphasis on understanding the mechanics of each pose, like Front Splits and Middle Splits.
