Body Sculpt combines yoga, weights and cardio to give you a full body workout!

Begin with a 10-minute warm up, followed by 40 minutes of strength building, where you target all of the major muscle groups using dumbbells.  Then end with a 10-minute cooldown.

This class is motivating, high tempo and set to an upbeat playlist that will make calorie-burning enjoyable!

COME WEARING: comfortable yoga style clothing or sportswear – no shoes needed.


This class is for ALL LEVELS.
